Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how exchanges and returns work across clothing and jewellery.

Clothing

• Unworn, unwashed items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Original tags and packaging must be intact.
• Made-to-order and altered pieces are final sale.

Jewellery

• Unworn jewellery can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging.
• Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons unless received damaged or defective.
• Customized or engraved pieces are final sale.

How to Start an Exchange

• Email hello@whitekrizdesigns.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
• We'll arrange a pickup or share a prepaid return label, depending on your location.
• Once received and inspected, we'll process your exchange or refund within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Where an exchange isn't possible, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving the returned item.
